复方氯马斯汀霜治疗过敏性皮肤病的随机对照研究

Study of the efficacy of compound clemastinc cream in treatment of allergic dermatitises

目的 :评价复方氯马斯汀霜在治疗过敏性皮肤病方面的疗效。方法 :共选择门诊患者 72 5例 ,随机分为复方氯马斯汀霜组 195例 ,氯马斯汀霜组 177例 ,地塞米松霜组 178例和皮炎平软膏组 175例 ,分别外涂上述 1种药物 ,tid ,连用 7d。结果 :复方氯马斯汀霜对 6种过敏性皮肤病的治愈率显著高于另外 3种药物 (P <0 .0 5 )。对部分疾病 ,其总有效率与其他药物亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :复方氯马斯汀霜的疗效优于单方制剂和同类产品 ,其组方合理 。

Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy of compound clemastine cream in treatment of allergic dermatitises.Methods:725 outpatients were randomized to receive either compound clemastine cream treatment ( n =195),or clemastine treatment ( n =177),or dexmethsasone acetate cream treatment( n =178)or Piyanping cream treatment( n =175)in a regimen of three time daily given by local application for a week.Results:The cure rate in compound clemastine cream arm was higher than other 3 arms in treatment of 6 kinds of allergic dermatitises( P <0.01).Conclusions:Compound clemastine cream is superior to 3 other single drug creams in treatment of allergic dermatitises.
