新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清MDA水平与脑实质CT值相关性研究

Relationship between Serum MDA Level and Brain CT Value in Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopath(HIE).

【目的】 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血清丙二醛 (MDA)水平和脑实质CT值的变化规律及其关系。 【方法】 用硫代巴比妥酸荧光比色法检测HIE组和对照组新生儿血清MDA水平 ,同时进行头颅CT扫描 ,观察脑损伤范围并测定脑实质CT值。 【结果】 ①血清MDA水平 :HIE轻度组与对照组之间无显著性差异 ;中、重度组高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,重度组又显著高于轻度组 (P <0 .0 1)。②脑实质CT值 :轻、中、重度HIE组均明显低于对照组 ,且HIE各组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。③血清MDA水平与脑实质CT值之间呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。 【结论】 血清MDA水平与脑实质CT值客观反映了HIE脑损伤的程度 。

Objective To study the relationship between serum MDA level and the brain CT value in neonates with HIE,as well as the variation of them. Methods Serum MDA level of newborn infants were measured by colorimetry.Brain CT values were obtained with CT scan. Results MDA level of moderate and severe group were much higher than that of light group,there were no significant differences between light group and the control.The brain CT values measured from light,moderate and severe HIE groups were obviously lower than that of the control.A negtive correlation existed between MDA levels in serum and brain CT value. Conclusions The changes of serum MDA level and brain CT value in neonates with HIE are related to the severity of HIE.They might be used as a marker to evaluate the graduation of HIE and to estimate the prognosis.
