财会类专业实训资格认证存在的问题与对策

On Certification of Practical Training Qualification for Finance and Accounting Majors

实训资格认证不同于职业资格认证,它是考察学生实训水平的一种资格认证体系,相对于传统的职业资格认证,实训资格认证更加偏重学生的应用能力和实践能力考察,比传统的职业资格认证更能反映学生的素质能力。财会类专业实训资格论证应从统一资格认证标准、建立专门的第三方实训资格认证组织机构、内容体现应用能力培养要求、主要以实践操作作为认证的形式等方面进行完善、推广,以使其能够在财会类专业教育和用人单位人才队伍建设中发挥更好的作用。

Certification of practical training qualification , which aims to evaluate the level of students ’ practical operation , is different from the professional qualification certification .Compared to traditional vocational qualification certification , practical training certification focuses more on students ’ application and practical ability .Based on the existing research achievements , this paper introduces the present condition of practical training qualification research and gives some advices on the organization of practical training qualification certification .
