建构婚姻暴力领域反压迫实务模式研究——以老年女性婚姻受害者为例

Construction of Practical Anti-oppressive Model in the Field of Marital Violence

构建婚姻暴力领域反压迫实务模式对于维护妇女的身心健康和构建和谐社会有着十分重要的意义。基于社会科学院、全国妇联以及安徽省潜山县部分老年女性的调查,从国家的政策法律、社会相关机构、全国妇女反压迫危机介入机制等方面,对婚姻暴力领域反压迫实务模式的构建提出了相应的建议和对策。

It is significant and beneficial for us to construct the practical model of marital violence anti-oppression .For the sake of protecting the physical and mental health of women as well as building a harmonious society , according to the researches from Academy of Social Society , ACWF （All-China Women’s Federation） and the same samples in elderly women in Qianshan , Anhui, the article proposes some suggestions and measures about the national policies and laws , social institutions and the mecha-nism of anti-oppression of all Chinese women .
