摘要
泰勒的《科学管理原理》标志着西方管理理论的诞生,但是无论泰勒本人还是其著作都被人们批评为"忽略了人的因素"。讽刺的是,正是泰勒第一个把人性引入了管理研究中。因此有必要对泰勒的科学管理理论与人本主义之间的关系进行分析。笔者认为泰勒的科学管理理论只包含朴素的人本思想,并没有体现人本主义,从人性假设、劳资方地位、人力资源管理实践三方面进行了论述。
‘The Principles of Scientific Management ’ marked the birth of western management theory .Yet Taylor himself or his work has always been criticized of ignoring “human factor”.Ironically , it was Taylor who first brought humanity into manage-ment research .So it is necessary to analyze the relationship between Taylor ’ s scientific management theory and humanism .This ar-ticle discussed about this issue from three perspectives:human nature , the status of labor , human resource management , concluding that Taylor ’ s scientific management theory only reflects humanistic thoughts instead of humanism .
