摘要
以激光三角法测量小角度的实验系统为例,先用直接阈值法和迭代阈值法对其测量光斑图像进行分割处理,然后再应用形心法和灰度重心法对光斑图像区域进行亚像素定位计算。实验表明,通过上述处理,光斑图像的定位精度和实验系统的测量精度都得到了明显的提高。
With the laser triangulation measurement system , the facula image is segmented with the direct threshold method and iterative threshold method , and then the facula area is sub-pixel located through the shape center method and gray centroid meth-od.Experiments show that the accuracy of facula image positioning and experiment system is improved obviously through the ways mentioned-above .
