清代监察体系探析

清代是我国的最后一个封建王朝,其专制国家机器进一步完备和发达。在监察制度上,它创建了一套独特的监察体系,形成从整体到局部、从中央到地方的监察格局。清代监察制度吸取了前朝监察制度的经验,并在前朝监察制度的基础上进行了创新和发展,是谈及我国监察史的发展不可忽略的浓重一笔。对清代监察体系进行梳理并对其特点进行探析,思考其对现代监察制度的借鉴价值,是文章的主旨所在。

The Qing Dynasty is the last feudal dynasty in China , its autocratic state apparatus were further improved and devel-oped.For the Supervisory System , it had learn the essence of the ancient system , and according to the prevailing circumstances , the Supervisory System was innovated and developed , then a unique Supervisory System which from central to local , from whole to partial was formed .Sorting out the Supervisory System in the Qing Dynasty , analyzing its characteristics and considering its refer-ence value of modern surveillance system are the subjects of this paper .
