论女性商务英语人才的偶像性别认同

摘要 通过提出高等院校商务英语专业以女性为主导的群体特征,指出在商务英语专业教学过程中应高度重视性别的取向性和针对性,在选取商务案例及其相关人物素材时,应充分考虑偶像性别认同的趋同性,尽量选材于当今国内外商界成功女性的故事,这不仅符合因材施教、"现身说法"的教学规律,而且偶像作为这个商业化时代青年生活中一个重要的认同对象,对她们未来的职业和生活也将起着潜移默化的励志作用和深远的指引意义。 This paper , based on the group characteristics of business English professional dominated by women , points out that teachers should pay great attention to gender orientation and pertinence during the process of business English teaching .Teachers should fully consider the orientation of idol gender identity when selecting business cases and material related with some figures who are successful business women at home and abroad .This practice accords with the teaching law according to their aptitude .At the age of commercialization , idol is regarded as an important object of identity in youth ’ life and will also exerts a motivational effect and profound guiding significance .for their future career .
