摘要
改革开放以来,我国中小家族企业的数量和规模快速增长,为国民经济作出了巨大的贡献,但也不可避免地出现了一系列问题,尤其是在员工激励方面。本文对中小家族企业在员工激励方面存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,提出了改进建议,以期充分调动员工的积极性和创造性,推动我国中小家族企业的振兴和发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China' s Small and medium-sized family business hasgrown rapidly in number and size, making a great contribution to the national economy, but inevitablyappeared a series of problems, particularly in terms of staff motivation. By deep analysis of the problemsof Small and medium-sized family businesses in terms of staff motivation, we presented some proposalsfor improvement. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and then pro-mote the revitalization and development of Small and mediun-sized family businessed China.
