不同年龄段肺炎患者肺炎病原菌分布及耐药性情况分析

Analysis on the Distribution of Pathogenic Bacteria and Drug Resistance Situation of Patients with Pneumonia at Different Ages

目的:探讨不同年龄段肺炎患者肺炎病原菌分布及耐药性情况。方法:选取2010年1月至2013年11月本院收治的320例肺炎患者为研究对象,将其根据年龄分为A组(<40岁组)98例、B组(40-65岁组)105例和C组(>65岁组)117例,然后将三组的病原菌分布情况进行统计与比较,并对所有患者主要病原菌的耐药性进行分析。结果:三组患者的革兰阴性菌检出率均高于革兰阳性菌及真菌,而A组及B组主要以肺炎链球菌检出率最高,而C组则以肺炎克雷伯菌检出率最高,且主要病原菌对氨苄西林及亚胺培南的耐药率均最高,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:中青年肺炎患者的病原菌主要为肺炎链球菌,老年患者则以肺炎克雷伯菌为主,且对氨苄西林及亚胺培南的耐药性最为明显。

Objective：To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance situation of patients with pneumonia at different ages .Method：320 patients with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2013 were as the study object ,and they were divided into group A （〈40 years old） with 98 cases,group B（40 to 65 years old）with 105 cases and group C（〉65 years old group） with 117 cases according to the ages ,then the distribution of pathogenic bacteria of three groups were analyzed and compared , the drug resistance situation of main pathogenic bacteria were analyzed .Result：The Gramnegative bacteria detection rates of three groups were all higher than those of Gram -positive bacteria and fungus , and the streptococcus pneumoniae detection rates of group A and group B the were highest ,the klebsiella pneumonia detection rate of group C was the highest ,and the drug resistance rates of main pathogenic bacteria for the ampicillin and imipenem were the highest ,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences .Conclusion：The streptococcus pneumoniae is the main pathogenic bacteria of young and middle -aged patients,and the klebsiella pneumonia is the main pathogenic bacteria of elderly patients ,and the drug resistance situation for the ampicillin and imipenem are obvious .
