摘要
目的 了解护校新生的个性特征及心理健康状况。方法 采用 EPQ和 SCL-90量表 ,在新生入校的第四周作出自我评定 ,并与高一女生进行比较。结果 护校新生在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑等因子分显著高于高一女生 ,其 EPQ中的 N分显著高于高一女生。同时也发现不良个性素质与心理障碍密切相关。结论 护校新生的人格特征和心理特点有其特异性 ,应加强心理疏导和社会重视。
Objective To evaluate the personality and the mental health state of newly student in nurse school.Method The newly student were investigated with SCL-90 and EPQ in the forth week after entered school.Results The scores of somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety factor and the N factor of EPQ were significantly higher in the newly students than in the girls of high school grade 1.The unhealthy personality was related to psychological disorder.Conclusions The personality and the mental health state of the newly student had specificity,pschological intervention should be done for them.
