难治性癫痫颅内电极埋藏视频脑电监测护理 被引量:2

摘要 致痫灶的准确定位是癫痫手术的关键,与影像学相比,EEG的定位作用是不可替代的。在头皮脑电图(Scalp electroencephalogram,sEEG)不能提供足够证据时,需要考虑应用颅内电极埋藏( Intracranial electrode implantation,IEI)。自2008年9月至2013年6月,在我科接受手术的231例难治性癫痫患者,35例采用了IEI ,我们对这部分病例资料进行了收集、分析,现报道如下。
