简化小儿危重病护理评分法的应用价值分析

目的评价简化小儿危重病评分法(PCIS)在临床护理中的应用价值。方法使用PCIS标准方案与简化方案分别对237例重症婴幼儿进行分级,比较评比结果。结果标准方案与简化方案评出的极危重、危重和非危重对象基本一致,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 PCIS简化方案也能反映患儿的病情和预后,对做好临床监护有重要指导意义。

ObjectiveTo investigate the simplified pediatric critical illness score（PCIS）practical value in clinical nursing.MethodsPCIS standard solutions and simplified scheme for 237 cases,respectively,in patients with severe infant grading,comparing the results of appraisal.ResultsThe standard program with a very simplified scheme rated critical,critical and non-critical objects are basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant（P＆gt; 0.05）. ConclusionPCIS simplified scheme also reflect children with the disease and the prognosis for good clinical care has important guiding significance.
