电动汽车用永磁同步电机高效快响应控制策略 被引量:6

High Efficiency and Fast Response Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Electric Vehicles

摘要 为提高电动汽车电驱动系统的效率和动态响应速度,提出一种适用于电动汽车用永磁同步电机高效快响应集成控制策略。在系统稳态时通过搜索电机最小功率损耗下的最优定子励磁电流而获得更高的效率,采用最小损耗数学模型估算最优励磁电流以加快搜索速度,进而采用模糊逻辑自适应地进行效率优化搜索寻优,同时引入转矩补偿以解决搜索过程的转矩脉动问题。当负载转矩或转速给定发生突变时,切换到瞬态快速动态响应电流分配控制策略,以提高系统动态响应速度,并开发基于TMS320F2812的永磁同步电机高效快响应集成控制系统。研究结果表明:与电机矢量控制方案相比,高效快响应控制策略下的电机动态响应速度和系统效率都有明显提高。 To improve the efficiency and dynamic response speed of electric drive system for electric vehicles, an integrated control strategy with fast response and high efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was presented. During steady state, higher efficiency was obtained through searching optimal stator magnetizing current with minimal motor power loss. To accelerate the search process, a loss-minimization model was adopted to estimate an optimal magnetizing current, and then fuzzy logic was used to adaptively search optimal magnetizing current for efficiency optimization, meanwhile torque compensation was introduced to solve the torque pulsation problem in the search process. When load torque or speed reference was changed, the system automatically switched to fast response control strategy based on current distribution so as to improve the system dynamic response speed. Integrated control system with efficiency optimization and fast response was developed using TMS320F2812 DSP. The results show that compared with the motor vector control scheme, the proposed control strategy improves the dynamic response speed and efficiency of motor system markedly.
