摘要
目的对比分析不同层厚对64排螺旋CT肺动脉造影(CTPA)图像显示率及伪影发生率的影响。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月该院疑似为肺动脉栓塞(PE)且图像质量满足诊断要求的60例患者作为研究对象,将每例患者的图像分别重建为0.625、1.25、2.5及5.0mm 4个不同层厚组,比较4个不同层厚组对栓塞肺动脉的显示程度,同时评价4个不同层厚组对肺动脉各分支连续性的反映程度及伪影发生率。结果左右肺动脉、叶动脉及主肺动脉显示,4组层厚图像间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);亚段及段级肺动脉显示,层厚为0.625mm组及1.25mm组优于2.5mm组和5.0mm组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4个不同层厚组在第6级肺动脉显示方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。层厚为0.625mm组与1.25mm组外周带和中间带肺动脉连续性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但优于2.5、5.0mm层厚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.625、1.25、2.5、5.0mm组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论行64排螺旋CTPA检查,1.25mm与0.625mm厚层图像在显示肺小动脉分支方面能力相当,但明显优于2.5mm和5.0mm组,且对外周带及中间带肺动脉连续性和伪影率影响也较2.5mm和5.0mm组小;采用2.5mm及以下层厚,才能较准确观察亚段肺动脉;采用0.625mm层厚可降低部分容积伪影率,提高螺旋CTPA图像质量。
Objective A comparative analysis of different thickness on the 64-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA) image display rate and the incidence of artifacts .Methods Suspected PEv54 patients from June 2011 to June 2013 and the image quality to meet the requirements of diagnosis as a research object ,the image of each patient were redeveloped into 0 .625 ,1 .25 ,2 .5 and 5 .0 mm four different layer thicknesses group compared four groups of different thickness levels for the display of pulmonary embolism were evaluated simultaneously on four different groups thickness continuity of the various branches of the pulmonary artery and artifacts reflecting the degree of incidence .Results The left and right pulmonary artery ,the main pulmonary artery and leaf display ,four groups thickness between the images statistical analysis ,no significant difference ;Asia segment and segment level pulmonary artery showed a layer thickness of 0 .625 mm group and 1 .25 mm group was better than 2 .5 ,5 .0 mm group(P〈0 .05);four different layer thicknesses in the first six groups with relatively pulmonary shows there were significant (P〈0 .01) .Thickness of 0 .625 mm group and 1 .25 mm in the peripheral zone and the intermediate group with pulmonary artery continuity was no significant difference(P〉0 .05) ,but better than 2 .5 ,5 .0 mm thick group ,the difference were statistically significant .0 .625 mm ,1 .25 mm ,2 .5 mm ,5 .0 mm group differences were statistically significant(P〈0 .01) .Conclusion Line 64-slice spiral CTPA examination ,1 .25mm and 0 .625mm thick layer image in the display area of small pulmonary artery branches considerable ability ,but ,is much better than 2 .5 mm and 5 .0 mm group ,and the peripheral zone and the intermediate zone pulmonary artery continuity and artifacts rate of 2 .5 mm and 5 .0mm are more small groups ;thickness 2 .5 mm and below should be adopt ,in order to more accurately observe the Asian segment pulmonary ;0 .625 mm thickness can be reduced using partial volume artifact rate and improve the spiral CTPA image quality .
