摘要
目的探讨健康教育对小儿哮喘护理效果情况。方法分析该院2010年7月—2013年6月儿科收治的150例哮喘患儿的临床资料,依据是否针对哮喘患儿实施健康教育措施进行临床随机分组,对照组50例和观察组100例,观察两组哮喘患儿血气分析和肺功能。结果两组哮喘患儿治疗前的PaO2、PaCO2、PEF、FEV1的水平差异无统计学意义,观察组治疗后PaO2、PaCO2、PEF、FEV1的水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育对小儿哮喘护理应用后可以明显提高临床治疗效果,利于患儿和家属接受,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of health education on the nursing of asthma in children. Methods The clinical data of 150 cases of asthma in children admitted in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from July, 2010 to June, 2013 were analyzed. And they were randomly divided into the control group of 50 cases and the observation group of 100 cases according to whether they received health education measures. The blood gas analysis and pulmonary function of two groups were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference between two groups of asthma in children in the level of PaO2, PaCO2, PEF, FEV1 before treatment; after treatment, the level of PaO2, PaCO2, PEF, FEV1 of the observation group was much better than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Health education applied to the nursing of asthma in children can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, which is easy to accept by the children and parents, and worthy of clinical application.
