目的总结普查发现子宫颈疾病施行高频电刀宫颈环切术(LEEP)治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月—2011年12月我院施行LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病126例患者的临床资料和治疗结果。结果 126例患者手术时间为5 min^15 min,平均7 min;术中出血量5~25 mL,平均出血量10 mL。所有患者均顺利完成手术治疗,手术前后诊断符合率为98.4%。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病应正确掌握手术指征,术前、术后及时处理并发症,定时随访复查,可以取得满意疗效。

Objective Summarizes the survey found that the cervical disease clinical curative effect of LEEP knife therapy. Methods In January 2009 - December 2011 implementation of LEEP knife treatment of cervical disease, the clinical data of 126 patients and treatment results are summarized. Results Operating time for 5-15 min, an average of 7 min;Intraoperative blood loss 5-25 ml, 10 ml average blood loss. All patients finished surgery.
