摘要 分子蒸馏技术具有加热温度低,过程温和,受热时间短等优点,适合于高沸点和热敏性物质的分离,特别适合应用于油脂的精深加工。介绍了分子蒸馏技术在功能性油脂制取、天然维生素和甾醇提取、不饱和脂肪酸提取、甘一酯和甘二酯提取等方面的应用。 Process of molecular distillation technology has the advantages of low heating temperature, moderate and short heating time. It is suitable for the separation of high boiling point and heat-sensitive substances, and is especially suitable for application in the fine processing of oils. Molecular distillation technology were introduced in functional sebum production, natural vitamins and sterol extraction, unsaturated fatty acid extraction and enzyme extraction and so on.
