针对油脂浸出工艺溶剂在储存、补充、回库等输送环节处出现的不便操作问题,提出了溶剂库泵系与计量系统的一体化设计思路,介绍了该系统的设计原理、工艺流程、配套设施等情况。通过对浸出溶剂供给系统的调整与优化,使浸出溶剂的储存、计量与使用更为高效与安全。

Aiming at inconvenient operational problems existing in storage, supplement, turning back and other delivering links of oils leaching technology solvent, the integrated design thought of solvent storeroom pumping system and measuring system were put forward. The design principle, technological process, supporting facility, etc. were introduced. By the adjustment and optimization of leaching solvent supplying system, the storage, calculation and employment will get more efficient and safe.
