摘要
目的:探讨耳穴贴压配合低盐饮食护理辅助治疗高血压病的方法及效果。方法:选取高血压病患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各50例。观察组在药物治疗的同时加用耳穴贴压及低盐饮食护理,对照组单纯以药物治疗,疗程4周。观察两组降压效果、临床症状等的改善情况。结果:两组降压效果、临床症状改善情况比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压配合低盐饮食对高血压病疗效确切,体现了中医护理的优势,可应用于临床。
Objective:Investigate on the auricular pressure with Low-salt diet application methods and efficacy of care in the adjuvant treatment of hypertension.Method:Select patients with hypertension 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group,the patients in observation group received drug treatment at the same time treatment with auricular acupressure with Low-salt diet care, the control group were simply given medication,4 weeks as a course, then observed two groups of antihypertensive effect, the improvement of clinical symptoms. Result:The two groups of antihypertensive effect, the improvement of clinical symptoms are significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Application of auricular acupressure with Low-salt diet treatment of hypertension achieved the exact effect, this method reflects the advantages of Chinese medicine care, it can be used in clinical.
