摘要
对建设项目物流系统结构进行详细分解,指出影响系统可靠性的不确定性因素。利用概率/影响坐标筛选出若发生故障,对系统可靠度影响程度较大的物流子系统,即物流系统中的薄弱环节,并构造了以成本为约束条件的建设项目物流系统可靠度指标分配模型,求出基于成本的Ric,将其与评分法分配的指标Rip对比,综合各因素找出最优可靠度分配指标Ri*及最优成本C。
In this paper, we analyzed in detail the structure of the logistics systems of construction projects and pointed out the uncertain factors that could influence their stability. Next, we isolated the weak links of the logistics systems, built the system stability assignment index model for the logistics systems with cost as the constraint, and at the end, through considering comprehensively the various factors, found the optimal stability assignment indexes and the optimal cost level.
