摘要
针对引入第三方物流在分拣货物过程中由于分拣监督员的失误造成的效率损失,以及赔偿制度的不合理性等问题,提出了引入第三方物流分拣员损坏货物合理性赔偿体系。依据损坏货物的总价值以及工作效率变化情况构建引入第三方物流分拣监督员合理性数学分析模型,依据赔偿合理临界点法对构建模型进行优化处理,结合电子商务企业引入第三方物流分拣监督员后,对货物损坏赔偿情况进行实际分析,结果证实了构建模型可以合理地解决第三方物流分拣货物损坏的赔偿问题。
In this paper, in view of the efficiency loss caused by the faults of the superintendents in third party logistics sorting process, as well as the irrationality of the compensation system, we proposed a reasonable compensation system for the cargo damage caused by third party sorting operators. Next in accordance with the total value of the damaged cargoes and the changes in working efficiency, we established the mathematical model of the rationality of the third party sorting superintendents, then optimized the model established using the critical point analytic process and at the end, studied empirically the introduction of the system and model into an e-commerce company.
