基于多参数细分模糊建模的新一代物流分拣系统设计

摘要 提出一种基于多参数细分模糊建模的物流分拣系统设计方法,以新型的棍子浮出式分拣装置为基础,将货物通过射频识别技术对信息进行采集反馈,将系统的分拣模型涉及的参数细分,在分拣控制系统中使用多参数模糊建模建立控制模型,保证系统的稳定性与分拣准确率。实际的系统测试证明,本文设计的系统在物品分类中的准确率高达93.6%,效率明显提高,具有很强的实用性。 In this paper, we proposed a method for the design of logistics sorting systems on the basis of multiple parameter subdivision and fuzzy modeling, then on the basis of the innovative floating-roller sorting device, collected and fed back the information concerning the cargoes to be sorted using the RFID technology, subdivided the parameters involved in the sorting model of the system and established a control model using the multiple parameter fuzzy modeling process, the accuracy and practicality of which was proven through a practical case.
