摘要
目的 :探讨实验性脑老化动物模型神经组织的超微病理变化。材料与方法 :本实验采用以下三种脑老化动物模型 ,其中包括卵巢切除模型 ,D 半乳糖模型和糖尿病模型 ,每组模型各 6只动物 ,对照组各 2只 ,利用透射电子显微镜检查海马CA1区的超微结构变化。结果 :脑衰老动物模型神经组织的超微病理改变主要为线粒体肿胀、核糖体减少、内质网扩张、微管溶解和突触结构破坏。结论 :本项研究结果提示 ,三种脑老化动物模型海马CA1区的神经组织具有明显的并且相对一致的超微病理变化 ,这些超微形态学变化将为脑老化的深入研究及评价抗衰老药物的实验治疗效果提供形态学依据。
Purpose: To investigate the pothological changes in ultrastructure of hippocampus CA1 region in experimental aging animal model. Material and methods: Three cerebral aged animal models were established. The first model is ovariosteresis induced aging model. The second model is D gal induced cerebral aging; The third model is experimental soreptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic model; Each kind of animal model includes six animals. Then the tissue of hippocampus CA1 region of these animals were examined with transmission electron microscope. Result: The study showed that the main ultrastructural changes include mitochondria swelling、 loss of polyribosome、 microtubules dissolution and decomposed synapes. Conclusion: The result of this research suggested that there are distinct ultrastructural change in the hippocampus CA1 region in models of cerebral aging. And the organelles show relatively unaimous pathological changes under electron microscope. This study will serve as certain morphological bases for evaluating the curative effect of anti aging medicine
