消化性溃疡患者的综合性护理干预分析

Analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer

目的：探讨综合性护理干预应用于消化性溃疡中的效果体会。方法：2010年12月-2013年12月选择治疗消化性溃疡患者182例，随机均匀分成两组，患者均接受统一治疗，护理组给予综合性护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者临床效果、SAS 评分、SDS 评分、患者满意度和复发率。结果：护理组无论是临床效果、SAS 评分、SDS 评分，还是患者满意度、复发率均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预能够使消化性溃疡患者临床疗效显著提高，降低复发率，提高满意度，值得推广至相应临床中。

Objective Experience of comprehensive nursing intervention applied in peptic ulcer effect. Methods 2010 December to 2013 December selected in our hospital 182 patients with peptic ulcer treatment,were evenly divided into two groups,patients were treated with unified treatment,nursing group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group was given routine nursing care, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect,SAS score,SDS score,patient satisfaction and recurrence rate. Results Nursing group both clinical efficacy,SAS scores,SDS scores,or the satisfaction of patients,the recurrence rate was significantly better than the control group,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can make the clinical curative effect of peptic ulcer patients in-creased significantly,reduce the recurrence rate,increase satisfaction,worthy of promotion to the corresponding clinical.
