大面积烧伤患者早期红细胞变形能力与红细胞膜胆固醇、钠-钾ATP酶的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究大面积烧伤患者早期红细胞变形能力与红细胞膜胆固醇、钠钾 ATP酶的变化。探讨其在大面积烧伤早期中的关系。方法 采用核孔滤膜法测定红细胞变形性 ,使用化学修饰电极测定红细胞膜胆固醇 ,应用定磷法测定红细胞膜钠 -钾 ATP酶。结果  47例大面积烧伤患者早期红细胞变形性低于 60例正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,红细胞膜胆固醇、钠 -钾 ATP酶均高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,且红细胞膜胆固醇、钠钾 ATP酶与红细胞变形性呈负相关 (rcho=- 0 .871 ,r ATPase=- 0 .80 1 )。结论 大面积烧伤早期红细胞变形性明显减低是导致大面积烧伤患者早期的血液粘度和微循环改变的原因之一 ,红细胞膜胆固醇和钠钾 ATP酶则是引起红细胞变形性减低的重要因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between red cell defermatility in early stage of great area burns patients with Membrane Cholesterol and Na +-K + Exchanging ATPase.Methods Use percolate to measure the index of red cell defermatility.Use chemically modified electrode to measure the Erythrocyte membrane cholesterol and use detecting pi to measure the Na +-K + exchanging ATPase.Results Erythrocyte membrane cholesterol and Na +-K + exchanging ATPase in early stage of great area burn are always higher than normal comparison ( P <0 01),and Red cell defermatility is lower than normal comparison ( P >0 01).Erythrocyte membrane cholesterol and Na +-K + exchanging ATPase are negative correlation with Red cell defermatility( r cho =-0 871, r ATPase =-0 801).Conclusion The Erythrocyte membrane cholesterol and Na +-K + exchanging ATPase are important reasons of the index of Red cell defermatility.
