检验定量测定室内质控程序的开发及应用

Development and Application of Indoor QC Program in Quantitative Assay

目的 利用微机 ,对检验定量测定进行室内质控分析。方法 使用 Visual Basic 6.0编写程序 ,应用 MONICA质控模型 ,根据质控物提供的靶值及标准差 ,同时使用多种质控规则 ,自动对质控检测结果作出评价。结果 对多种情况下的结果失控作出了提示 ,并绘制质控图形。结论 该程序完全可以进行室内定量测定质量控制。

Objective To perform indoor QC on computer.Methods To write a program with Visual Basic 6 0 to automatically analyse the QC data under several rules,using MONICA QC model.Results This program indicates the result which is out of QC with selected rules.And QC graph is drawn in the same time.Conclusion It's perfect to perform indoor QC with this QC program.
