稳定性颌垫治疗非深覆颌颞颌关节紊乱病疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Stability jaw pads treatment of patients with Non-deep overbite jaw temporomandibular joint disorder

目的:评价稳定性颌垫治疗颞下颌关节紊乱中关节盘前移位的临床疗效。方法:对23例非深覆颌颞下颌关节紊乱关节盘前移位患者给予稳定颌板治疗,治疗中每半月复诊一次,治疗期限为半年,治疗后每月复诊一次,随访半年,并行关节常规检查并拍x线片,并行颞下颌关节核磁检查,评价治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,21例弹响患者中15例(71.42%)弹响完全消失,17例疼痛患者中13例(76.47%)疼痛消失,11例张口受限患者中7例(63.63%)转为正常。结论:稳定性颌垫对治疗非深覆颌颞下颌关节盘前移位的疗效。

Objective To evelue the clinical curative effect of stability jaw pads treatment of shifting the dish before the joints. Method 23 of deep overburden jaw joints temporomandibular joint disorder before shift were given with jaw plate treatment, treatment referral once every half month, treatment period for half a year, visit once a month after treatment, follow - up for half a year, parallel joints, regular check and take x line piece, parallel temporomandibular joint nuclear magnetic inspection, evaluation of therapeutic effect. Results After treatment ,21 patients with elastic ring in 15 （71.42%） of the elastic ring disappear entirely, 17 patients with pain in 13 （76.47%） ,pain disappears, 11 patients with limited mouth opening seven （63.63%） into normal. Conclusion Stable jaw surface treatment of deep overburden jaws before temporomandibular joint disk displacement effectively.
