彩色多普勒超声对高血压患者左心室功能评价研究

Study of evaluation of Left ventricular function by color doppler ultrasound in patients with hypertension

目的:评价彩色多普勒超声对高血压左心室肥厚患者心脏改变的诊断意义。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声探测22例高血压患者及20例正常者的左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、E/A比值、舒张早期峰值流速和舒张晚期峰值流速情况。结果:与对照组相比,病例组的左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径增大,左室射血分数减少,左房室瓣舒张早期血流频谱E峰与左房室瓣环舒张早期运动速度A峰的比值(E/A)增大。结论:彩色多普勒超声可了解高血压患者心脏结构、功能,为心力衰竭的预防和治疗提供重要指导依据。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic Significance of color Doppler ultrasound （CDU） for left ventricle change in patients with hypertension. Method The CDU was used to monitor the blood flow of the heart in 22 patients with hypertension and 20 normal con- trols. End - diastolic volume （ EDV）, end - systolic volume （ ESV）, left ventricular ejection fraction （ LVEF）, E/A ratio, E peak and A peak were calculated. Results Compared with control group, EDV and ESV increased, LVEF decreased, and E/A ratio increased. Conclusion The CDU is helpful for evaluating the heart structure and function,which can be helpful for prevention and treatment of heart failure in patients with hypertension.
