膀胱冲洗液温度对TURP术后膀胱痉挛的影响研究

Influence of Different Temperature of Bladder Irrigation Fluid on Bladder Spasm after Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的：研究不同温度的膀胱冲洗液对TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛的影响。方法：78例膀胱冲洗液治疗的78例患者随机分为A、B两组，观察组（ A组）39例TURP术后患者应用36-37℃生理盐水进行膀胱冲洗。对照组（ B组）39例TURP术后患者应用接25-29℃生理盐水行膀胱冲洗。比较两组术后膀胱痉挛的发生率、膀胱痉挛程度、冲洗液总量及冲洗时间。结果：A组膀胱痉挛的发生率、膀胱痉挛程度评分、冲洗时间及冲洗液总量明显低于B组（ P＜0.05）。结论：应用接近人体正常体温的36-37℃膀胱冲洗液更能减少TURP术后膀胱痉挛的发生次数，减轻患者痛苦，有利于TURP术后患者的早日康复。

Objective To explore the influence of different temperature of irrigation fluid on bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate（TURP）. Method 78 patients who treated with continuous bladder irrigation after TURP were randomly divided into two groups （ A and B） ,which temperature range of irrigation fluid were 36 - 37℃ and 25- 29℃ respectively. Incidence of bladder spasm, bladder spasticity ,irrigation time and total fluid volume were observed and comparatively analyzed after TURP. Results In A group the impact on of bladder spasm in the above aspects were significantly lower than B group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The 36 - 37℃ irrigation fluid which dosed to the human body normal temperature could decrease the incidence of bladder spasm, alleviate the pain of patients, promote postop- erative recovery.
