摘要
目的 :探寻静脉翻转后对引导神经再生的影响 ,为周围神经缺损的修复提供一种新方法。方法 :SD大鼠静脉段取出后 ,先将其内外翻转成一外膜在内 ,内膜在外的翻转静脉。然后再用此翻转静脉段桥接修复大鼠自体坐骨神经 10mm缺损 (IOVG)并与常规静脉桥接修复方法 (CVG)进行对比研究。术后 5个月 ,进行神经电生理及组织形态学检测。结果 :与CVG相比 ,IOVG组再生神经纤维的数目、髓鞘厚度、纤维直径以及运动神经传导速度均有提高。结论
Objective: In order to provide a new method to repair peripheral nerve defect,this article detected the influence on nerve regenerating,when using inside out vein grafts to bridge the gap in peripheral nerve.Methods: Turn the harvested vein segments inside out,then,repair the sciatic nerve defect with them(IOVG),and compare their results with convential vein graft(CVG) By 5 months postoperatively,the quantitative analysis in histology and the nerve electrophysiological test were performed.Results: The number,the mylin sheath thickness and the conduction velocity of the regenerating fibers had been improved in IOVG Conclusion: Bridging a defect in peripheral nerve with inside out vein graft is a simpler and more effective method.
