PDCA循证护理理论在儿科护理实践中的效果研究

Effects of PDCA evidence based nursing theory on pediatric nursing in practice

目的:研究临床护士对患儿PDCA循证护理的临床效果。方法:采用随机数表法将80例儿科患者平均分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,试验组患者采用PDCA循证护理,观察并比较两组患者经过护理后的临床效果。结果:试验组患儿对护理的满意度(97.5%)明显高于对照组满意度(67.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参与研究的护士,学历越高对PDCA循证护理的掌握程度更好,在儿科护理实践中应用效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿科患者实施PDCA循证护理,患者对护理满意程度更高,可有效减少患儿消极情绪,促进患儿恢复身心健康,应在临床上大量应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of PDCA evidence based nursing theory on pediatric nursing in practice. Method 80 pediatric patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number tablet, the control group was given conventional nursing, the experimental group was given PDCA evidence based nursing. Tile clinical efficacy after nursing of two groups were observed and compared. Results Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group （ 97. 5% ） was significantly higher than control group （ 67. 5% ） ,The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the higher education background of nurses were, the better mastery degree of evidence based nursing would be, as well as the efficay of nursing practice, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Applying PDCA evidence based nursing in prediatric nursing can reduce negative emotion of patients effectively and help patients restore to physical and psychological health,patients satisfaction degree is high ,so it should be widely applied in clinic.
