论优质护理下持续负压引流在压疮伤口感染的应用体会

Application experience of continuous negative pressure drainage treatment of bdesore wound infeltion under quality of nursing care

目的：探讨优质护理服务下封闭式负压引流在治疗压疮伤口的疗效观察和体会。方法：回顾收治院外带入和他科转入行压疮感染治疗的46例患者。随机分为对照组和治疗组各23例，对照组采用传统创面进行处理，治疗组采用持续封闭负压引流（ VSD）技术处理，对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：在46例烧伤感染性压疮患者中，治疗组患者的引流时间均为7~21 d，平均为10 d，形成健康新鲜的肉芽组织，肉芽生长的速度快，正常恢复的有效率为100％。对照组有效率为69.5％，治疗组患者的压疮创面愈合率显然高于对照组，平均愈合时间较对照组明显减少，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：持续封闭负压引流治疗感染性压疮，疗效确切，可以有效的保持深部伤口的引流畅通，促进新鲜肉芽的生长，加速伤口愈合，积极配合优质的护理技术对压疮患者封闭负压引流的治疗起着不可忽视的作用。同时，做好患者的生活护理和基础护理尤为重要。

Objective To explore the nursing service quality of vacuum sealing effect in the treatment of bedsore wound and bedsore of observation and experience of drainage. Method 46 patients with bedsore infection cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 23 cases in each group,the control group used the traditional wound treatment ,treatment group used continuous vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） technology, and maked a comparative analysis on the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results 46 patients with burn in sad infectious bedsore treatment of drainage time,both groups of 17 to 21 days, an average of 10 days,the formation of healthy fresh granulation tissue,granulation growth speed,normal recovery efficiency was 100%. The effective rate of control group was 69.5% ,the healing rate of pressure ulcers patients in treatment group was obviously higher than the control group, the average healing time was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Continuous negative pressure drainage in treatment of infected ulcers can effectively maintain the deep wound drainage unimpeded, promote granulation growth and accelerate wound healing ,and actively cooperate with the nursing quality plays a role intreatment. Itcan not be ignored for closed negative pressure drainage in patients with pressure ulcer treatment. Life and basic nursing is very important.
