护理干预联合低张力水充盈CT增强扫描对胃肿瘤影像质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention combined with hypotonic water filling enhanced CT scan diagnosis for gastric tumors

目的:探讨通过护理干预联合低张力水充盈CT增强扫描对胃肿瘤诊断的影响。方法:将100例行CT增强扫描的胃肿瘤患者随机分两组,扫描前均行低张力水充盈。对照组50例于检查前予心理护理及检查介绍;观察组给予增强扫描前、中、后全过程中实施护理干预。结果:观察组50例患者胃壁轮廓显示清晰,质量优良,患者的依从性及影像质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预联合低张力水充盈CT增强扫描可提高胃肿瘤的影像质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention combined with hypotonic water filling enhanced CT scan diagnosis for gastric tumors. Method 100 patients with gastric tumors underwent eonstrast enhanced CT scan were randomly divided into two goups ： the experimental group and the control group. All patients were given hypotonie water filling methods. 50 catses of the control group were given psychological nursing and were told about examination introduction before CT scan. 50 cases of the experimental group were given nursing intervention during the whole process. Results The margin of gastric walls were well defined in experimental group. Image quality was significantly better in the experimental group than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Patient compliance were better in the experimental group than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention combined hypotonic agent filling method in the Enhanced CT can improve the diagnosis of gastric tumors.
