摘要
为有效利用喀斯特山区资源,促进贵州生态畜牧业的可持续发展,以该区域紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)为研究对象,进行单独青贮及乳酸菌、纤维素酶、乳酸菌+纤维素酶、甲酸、蔗糖5种添加剂青贮,探讨其可青贮性及青贮的有效措施。结果表明:紫穗槐青贮饲料的粗蛋白质含量高,酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维和单宁的含量低,营养价值高;紫穗槐单独青贮品质一般,添加剂青贮改善了青贮饲料的气味和色泽,降低了pH值和氨态氮含量,改善了青贮品质与营养;综合评定,青贮效果为乳酸菌>甲酸>乳酸菌+纤维素酶>纤维素酶>蔗糖>单独青贮,紫穗槐青贮是可行的,可为该区域饲用灌木资源的利用提供有效途径。
For rationally utilizing the resources and promoting the sustainable development of ecological animal husbandry in Guizhou karst mountainous area, A morpha fruticosa was ensiled without additives or by adding different additives including lactic acid bacteria, cellulose enzyme, lactic acid bacteria + cellulose enzyme, formic acid and sucrose. The results showed that the silages were good with high crude protein and low acid detergent fiber, neutral detergent fiber and total tannin; The quality of silage without additives was only in common level, but the smells and color were improved, the pH and ammonia nitrogen decreased, and the quality and nutrient were improved by adding any additive; For comprehensively evaluation, the silage qualities were lactic acid bacteria〉 formic acid〉 lactic acid bacteria + cellulose enzyme 〉cellulose enzyme〉sucrose〉without additives, Amorphafruticosa silage is feasible and can provide good ways for the utilization of forage shrubs in Guizhou karst area.
