摘要 检测血中钙、磷以及羟脯氨酸的含量对于奶牛骨营养不良症的发病机理和防治具有极其重要的意义。通过对河北北部围产期奶牛血清钙、血清磷以及血清游离羟脯氨酸变化规律的监测,揭示围产期奶牛血清游离羟脯氨酸监测对骨营养调控作用机理,探讨骨营养不良症的早期诊断的新途径,在骨未发生变形和临床无明显可观症状之前采取有效防治措施,为防治奶牛围产期营养不良症的预防的早期诊断提供一定的理论依据。 Oxyproline hydroxyproline Hyp is the main component part of the collagen, it occupies 20 percent or so of the collagen, the metabotie change in the bone collagen can directly affect the level of proline in the blood. So inspecting the content of proline in the blood has great effect on pathogenesis and prophylactico-therapeutic measures on milk cow's osteodystrophy. This experiment monitored and researched serum calcium, serum phosphor and the change of free blood hydroxy-proline of perinatal cow in Hebei province,showed osteotrophy's macroregulatory functions of the monitoer on free blood hydroxy-proline of perinatal cow, discussed the new and early diagnosis way for the osteodystrophy, so as to take effective control measures before the bone became deformed and no clinical sumtom, and to provide some theoretical foundation for early diagnosis of perinatal cow in dam area.
