摘要
为提高DC600V客车8kW充电机的性能,提出了将斩波降压和移相全桥ZVS PWM技术结合的设计方法。该方法的优点是利用斩波电路稳定电压,利用输出滤波电感和谐振电感实现开关管的零电压开关,同时采用全桥整流技术优化变压器的设计。分析了该方法的工作原理,利用saber软件对整个系统进行仿真和分析。
To improve the performance of 8kW charging generator for DC600V passenger car, a method which combines the chopper buck and zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) PWM technology of the phase-shifted full bridge is presented. The advantages are as follows:it can make the voltage stable by chopper converter;it can realize ZVS by output filter inductor and resonant ; and the design of transformer is optimized by full-bridge rectifier technology. The operation principle of the converter is analyzed, moreover, the simulation analysis on the entire circuit is carried out with saber software.
