摘要
由于选择性催化还原系统喷氨不均匀及催化剂寿命较短,导致入口局部喷氨过大,造成出口氨逃逸率高及脱硝效率低,对华能海门电厂1036MW机组选择性催化还原系统氨喷射装置进行了改造,对入口喷氨格栅进行了喷氨优化调整试验。优化调整后,改善了选择性催化还原系统出口NOx分布均匀性,有效控制局部氨逃逸率过高对下游空气预热器的影响,取得了较好的效果。
In the SCR system,the nonuniformity of the ammonia spraying and the shorter catalyst life cause the local ammonia spaying in inlet to be too much,and this leads to higher ammonia escape rate and lower deNOxefficiency. The ammonia spraying device of the SCR system of the 1 036 MW unit in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant was reformed. The experiment of ammonia spraying optimized adjustment for the inlet ammonia injection grid was carried out. After the optimized adjustment,the distribution uniformity of NOxin SCR system outlet was improved,and the influence of the higher local ammonia escape rate on downstream air pre-heater was controlled effectively. Then better result was obtained.
