小儿急性白血病bcl-2、bax蛋白的表达及临床意义

The expression and clinical significance of bcl-2、bax proteins in childhood acute leukemia

目的 :检测小儿急性白血病 bcl- 2、bax蛋白的表达 ,探讨其与临床诊治、预后的关系及两基因间的相互作用。方法 :采用免疫细胞化学技术分析患儿骨髓单个核细胞 bcl- 2、bax蛋白的表达。结果 :初治组 bcl- 2蛋白表达较 CR组和正常组显著增高 ;bax表达显著降低 ;bcl- 2表达与影响预后因素间无显著相关。结论 :bcl- 2抑凋亡作用增强和 bax促凋亡作用减弱在小儿白血病的发生发展中具有重要作用 ,bcl- 2表达可能与疗效有关 ,bcl-2。

Objective:To study the expression of bcl 2、bax proteins,discuss the clinical significance of bcl 2 overexpression and the relationship between bcl 2 and bax.Method:The expression of bcl 2 and bax protein in normal and leukemic mononuclear marrow cells were measured by immunocytochemistry staining. Result:①The percentage of bcl 2 protein positive cells in newly diagnosed ALL is significantly higher than patients with complete remission(CR)and normal control.②The bax expression in untreated ALL is lower than CR and control group.③None of the high risk features are correlated with bcl 2 expression.Conclusion:The products of bcl 2 gene prolong survival of leukemic cells by inhibition of apoptosis, whereas bax promotes cell death.Detection of bcl 2 expression might help to predict prognosis.
