各个时期的自由贸易区特点不同,不同区位的自由贸易区更是各有千秋,对自由贸易区历史发展特点和不同区位自由贸易区特点的总结对于上海自由贸易区的理念以及功能定位具有重大的现实意义。创建中国(上海)自由贸易试验区的决策是中国更加积极主动地对外开放的重大举措之一,体现了中国面向未来面向世界的战略取向,是对未来转变中国经济发展方式,调整经济结构和提升开放型经济水平的战略布局。而上海也因为自由贸易试验区的成立肩负了更高的国家使命。
