摘要
我国工会参与社会管理,既是工会的职责和义务,也是我国经济社会发展和政府职能转变的客观要求。工会的特点和优势,决定了工会有能力、有条件参与社会管理,成为社会管理多元主体中的重要参与者,充分发挥其协同作用。工会要实现社会管理协同者角色,一方面需要党政组织提供有力的条件保障,另一方面还需要工会加强自身建设,全面提升参与社会管理的能力和水平。
It is not only the legal obligation and responsibility of trade union to participate the social management, but also the requirement of both economic and social development and government function shift of China. The abilities and conditions that trade union participate the social management are determined by the characteristics and advantages of the trade union. And they also make the trade union be one of the social management multiple subjects as an important participator, and fully play the synergetic role. The realization of trade union participate the social management, on one hand, need the party and government to provide the powerful guarantee conditions. On the other hand, the trade union should improve itself and promote comprehensively the ability and level of social management participation.
