摘要
目的了解网络成瘾对大学生身体素质的影响。方法对广西钦州学院学生进行抽样调查,并对其中网络成瘾群体及正常群体进行体质检测和分析。结果钦州学院网络成瘾群体比例为4.7%;大学生网络成瘾群体的呼吸机能、心血管机能、上下肢力量均明显低于正常群体。结论大学生网络成瘾群体的体质健康较差,这为学校教育和提高大学生身体素质提供了参考依据。
Objective This survey was made to investigate and analyze influence of internet addiction on undergraduates＇ physical fitness. Methods The sample survey on undergraduate students in Qinzhou University were performed. Physical fitness testing and analysis in internet addiction group and non-addict group were made. Results The ratio of internet addicts among all subjects was 4.7%. The respiratory function, cardiovascular function , the strength of upper and lower limbs in internet addiction group were obviously lower than that in non-addict group. Conclusion The physical fitness of undergraduate students with internet addiction is poor, which may provide a reference for the teaching reform of the school physical education.
