2008-2012年成都市温江区流行性腮腺炎疫情分析

Epidemicof Mumps in Wenjiang District of Chengdu,2008-2012

目的了解成都市温江区流行性腮腺炎（流腮）的流行特点和趋势，为制定流腮预防控制策略提供依据。、方法采用描述流行病学方法对2008—2012年温江区流腮监测资料和2008年温江区流腮疫苗接种资料进行统计分析。结果2008—2012年温江区流腮报告病例为1097例，2008年发病率最高为137．25／10万；2010年发病率最低为27．36／10万。2008年下半年开展3—16岁儿童流腮疫苗预防接种，应种27347人，实种23710人，接种率达86．70％。春末夏初为明显发病高峰季节，占总发病数的43．39％，其中5月发病最高占总发病数的15．77％。3—14岁年龄组占总发病数的81．13％，男性发病率高于女性（x2=83．06，P〈0．01），学生、托幼儿童占总发病数的83．50％。城市及城乡结合地区占总发病数的84．32％高于农村。结论2008—2012年成都市温江区流腮发病重点单位是学校和托幼机构，建议适时开展流腮疫苗接种活动。

Objective To study the epidemic features and trends of mumps in Wenjiang district of Chengdu, and to provide references for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyzed the surveillance data in 2008 -2012 and vaccination records in 2008 Results A total of 1097 cases were reported during 2008 -2012, with the highest incidence rate of 137.25/105 in 2008 and the lowest of 27. 36/105 in 2010. The mumps vaccination carried out in 3 -16 years old children in the second half of year 2008 ; the planned number of vaccination children was 27 347 and the actually vaccinated number was 237 10, with a vaccination rate of 86.70%. The peak season of incidence was in late spring and early summer, accounting for 43.39% of the total cases, with May as the highest incidence month and ac- counting for 15.77%. Children aged 3 - 14 years old accounted for 81.13% of the total cases. Incidence in male was higher than that in female （X2 = 83.06, P 〈 0.01 ）. Students and children in nursery institutions accounted for 83.50% of the total cases. Cases reported in urban and combination of town and country areas accounted for 84. 32% of the total cases. Conclusion Children in school and nursery institutions are the vulnerable population for mumps and thus timely vaccination is commended.
