摘要
目的 调查上海地区正常手静态二点分辨觉距离的差异为临床提供参考数据。方法 采用Weber静态二点分辨觉试验的方法和手部皮肤感觉的分区法 ,对 10 5位正常成人 2 10个正常手 ,进行二点分辨别觉距离的测定。结果 2 10个正常手手部皮肤所有分区内 ,二点分辨觉的平均距离为 [(5 .4±2 .3 )mm , x±s] ,各指指腹二点分辨觉的距离最小 (4.0mm) ,手背的距离最大 (10 .0mm)。结论 正常手背侧二点分辨别觉的距离大于掌侧 ,近端大于远端。
Objective To investigate the static two - point discrimination of normal hands in Shanghai citizens. Methods 210 normal hands of 105 persons in Shanghai were involved in the study. The distance of two - point discrimination was checked with Weber static two - point discrimination test and dividing region of normal hand skin.Results Among dividing regions of the hands in the 210 normal individuals, the average distance of two - point discrimination was (5.4 ± 2.3) mm, with the minimal distance (4.0 mm) in the finger pulp and the maximal one (10.0 mm) on dorsum of the hand. Conclusions The distance of two - point discrimination of normal hands was larger on the dorsum than in the palm, and larger at the proximal part than at the distal end.
