摘要
目的评价中青年腹型肥胖的简易体脂参数及临床应用价值。方法应用MRI对267名受试者行腹内脂肪面积(AVF area)测量,同时测量BMI、WC及WHR,并与MRI测量的AVF area进行比较,以受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价简易体脂参数对腹型肥胖的诊断价值。结果 BMI、WC、WHR与AVF area呈正相关(r分别为0.645,0.782,0.618),ROC曲线下面积男性以WC最高,女性以BMI最高。简易体脂参数评价腹型肥胖最佳参数的最佳切割点为男性WC 88cm,女性BMI 24kg/m2。结论 BMI、WC及WHR均可估测腹型肥胖,男性WC、女性BMI可靠性最好。
Objective To evaluate anthropometric parameters of abdominal visceral obesity in young and Middle-aged people and the clinical significance.Methods Abdominal visceral fat(AVF)areas were measured in 267 subjects with MRI.Meanwhile,BMI,WC,WHR were assayed and compared with AVF areas.ROC curve was used as index for analysis.Results (1) AVF area was significantly positively correlated with BMI,WC and WHR(r=0.645,0.782,0.618; all P〈0.01).Besides,we investigated the use of the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) as a performance measure and found that the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.89 for WC in male and 0.85 for BMI in female,which had the largest area under the ROC curve.(2) The best cut-off points of these anthropometric parameters in assessing abdominal visceral obesity were as following:WC 88 cm in male,BMI 24 kg/m^2 in female.Conclusion BMI,WC,WHR can predict abdominal visceral obesity,with WC as the best in male and BMI as the best in female.
