摘要
具有自清洁功能的超疏水表面在日常生活与工业生产中有着广泛的应用前景,而物质表面化学组成和微观几何结构是影响固体表面润湿性的两个重要因素。ZnO作为一种重要的半导体材料,在导电、导热、抗氧化及生物安全性方面有着广泛的应用。近几年,纳米ZnO由于其特殊的微观结构用于超疏水表面的制备,拓展了其在自清洁方面的应用。本文介绍了通过表面微观结构调控、低表面能物质改性制备超疏水纳米氧化锌的研究进展和应用现状。总结了目前制备超疏水纳米氧化锌材料存在的问题。
Superhydrophobic surfaces with the function of self-cleaning have wide application in daily life and indus- try. The chemical composites and microscopic structure of surfaces are two important factors for the wettability of solid sur- faces. ZnO as a kind of important semiconductor material has wide application in conductivity, thermal conduction, antioxidation and biological safety etc. Recently, the fabrication of superhydrophobic surfaces using nano-ZnO with the unique microscopic structure broadens its application in self-cleaning. The recent progress and application of nano-ZnO which was fabricated by controlling its microscopic structure and chemical modifying with low-surface-energy materials were reviewed. The problems in the fabrication o{ nano-ZnO were also pointed out and concluded.
