摘要
在常见的K2CO3-Na2CO3-Li2CO3三元熔盐基础上进行储热性能改性研究。选取成本较低的无机盐BaCO3和SrCO3作为添加剂,采用静态熔融法制备四元碳酸盐,运用差式扫描量热法(DSC法)、连续法等方法测试其熔点、相变潜热、分解点等热物性能。结果表明,四元碳酸盐具有相变潜热大、工作温度范围广等优点。该结果为熔盐相变材料在中高温储热领域的应用提供了依据。
Based on the common ternary molten salt of K2 CO3-Na2 CO3-Li2CO3, the modification of thermal proper- ties was studied in detail. The low-cost inorganic salts BaCO3 and SrCO3 were selected as additives, quaternary carbonate was prepared by static melting method. The melting point, phase change latent heat, decomposition point and other thermalphysical properties were studied experimentally by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and continuous method. The results showed that quaternary carbonate had the advantages of big phase change latent heat and wide operating temperature range. This results can provide basis for the application of molten phase change materials in the medium and high tempera tures.
