Exploring the Issue of "Substantive Fairness" in the College Entrance Examination Reform

在当前教育改革不断深化的新背景下,如何进一步推进教育公平亟待研究。本文从高考中存在的"形式公平"入手,深刻揭示其中隐藏的实质公平问题,分析影响推进高考实质公平的重要因素,探讨破解公平难题的有效途径、制度设计和条件保障。

On the new background of the unceasingly deepened education reform, how to promote the education fairness needs us to grasp the key points with serious thinking and deeply studying. This article, from the standpoint of ＂superficial justice＂ in the College Entrance Examination, reveals the hidden nature of substantive fairness, analyzes several important factors that effects the promotion of the ＂substantive justice＂ in the College Entrance Examination, and discusses the effective way to as well as the system design and guarantee of the solution of the fairness dilemma.
