摘要
大学和高中是先修课程实施的两个重要主体,他们在其中是否承担了必要的职责,作用发挥得如何,决定了先修课程实施的成败。中国大学应具有社会责任感和危机意识,高中应具有长远眼光和探索的勇气,各自从观念到行动做出改变,才能真正推进先修课程的实施。而主要由教育行政部门牵头负责的政策保障、平台建设和经费支持,也是不可或缺的。
College and high school are the two major subjects in the practice of prerequisite courses, and whether and how well they take their obligations determine the success of prerequisite course practice. China's colleges should take their social responsibilities and possess the sense of crisis; high schools should take long-term perspective and possess the courage of exploration. Colleges and high schools should make change from their ideas and behaviors in order to truly promote the implementation of prerequisite courses. At the meantime, also dispensable are the policy guarantees, platform building and financial support offered by administrative department for education.
