摘要 目的探讨神经内镜辅助下手术治疗室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤(SEGA)的临床疗效。方法2009年6月-2012年12月,共7例室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤患者均合并脑积水,在神经内镜辅助下行7例手术,其中额部开颅经胼胝体入路切除肿瘤5例,均为全切除;额部开颅经侧脑室前角切除肿瘤2例,均为全切除;同时行三脑室底造瘘解除脑积水。患者均得到随访,随访时间12-30个月。结果 7例患者肿瘤均为全切除,随访至今无患者死亡,无肿瘤复发,无手术相关的并发症。结论神经内镜辅助下手术治疗SEGA能减少脑组织创伤,同时解除脑积水,具有较好的临床疗效。 [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of neuroendoscopic-assisted surgery for subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA). [Methods] From June 2009 to December 2012, a total of 7 cases of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma associated with hydrocephalus were removed by neuroendoscopic-assisted surgery, 5 tumors were surgically resected through transcallosal approach, 2 through frontal transcortical approach and three-ventriculostomy relieve hydrocephalus simultaneously. Follwoing-up ranged from 12 to 30 months. [ Results ] 7 patients were tumor resection, the patient follow-up has no death,no tumor recurrence, no surgery- related complications. [Conclusion] Neuroendoscopic-assisted surgery can reduce brain trauma and relieve hydrocephalus, has a better clinical efficacy.
